Safety Center

Practical steps for safer accounts, purchases, shipping, authenticity concerns, and reporting.

This draft describes the current test marketplace. It is not yet effective and is not legal advice. It must be reviewed by qualified counsel before Collectors Circle accepts live payments.

Draft updated August 22, 2026

1. Before buying

  • Read the full description and examine every image.
  • Treat unsupported authenticity, provenance, grading, autograph, and investment claims as unverified.
  • Check the seller's profile and ask relevant questions in the listing comments without sharing private information.
  • Pay only through Collectors Circle Checkout. Never send gift cards, cryptocurrency, wire transfers, or off-platform payment.

2. Protect your account

  • Use Clerk's supported sign-in flow and protect access to your email account.
  • Collectors Circle support will not ask for your password, full card number, or one-time verification code.
  • Verify that the address bar shows joincollectorscircle.com before entering account information.
  • Report suspicious links, impersonation, and unexpected account activity.

3. Shipping and delivery

  • Sellers should ship only to the address recorded in the order.
  • Buyers should monitor tracking and preserve packaging when an item arrives damaged.
  • Use tracked returns and enter tracking only through the order workflow.
  • Do not mark an item delivered or returned before it actually is.

4. Authenticity and fraud

Collectors Circle does not currently authenticate items. If an item may be counterfeit, preserve the item, packaging, listing screenshots, and supporting evidence; then submit a refund request within the three-day request window after confirmed delivery and select the appropriate reason.

5. Reporting

Use the listing, comment, or profile report controls for spam, harassment, counterfeit concerns, prohibited items, or fraud. For support, contact support@joincollectorscircle.com. For immediate threats or suspected crimes, contact the appropriate authorities.
