Shipping Policy

US-only shipping, tracked fulfilment, address integrity, delivery confirmation, and carrier responsibilities.

This draft describes the current test marketplace. It is not yet effective and is not legal advice. It must be reviewed by qualified counsel before Collectors Circle accepts live payments.

1. Launch area

The initial marketplace supports shipping addresses in the United States only. Sellers must also be located and onboarded in the United States.

2. Seller obligations

State the shipping charge before purchase.
Package the collectible appropriately for its material, fragility, and value.
Ship to the address shown in the Collectors Circle order—not an address sent through comments or outside messages.
Provide accurate carrier and tracking information and retain shipment evidence.

3. Buyer obligations

Provide a complete deliverable address at Checkout.
Monitor tracking and arrange safe receipt.
Do not ask a seller to redirect an order outside the platform record.
Promptly report delivery or item problems through the order workflow.

4. Delivery confirmation

Seller transfers are delivery-gated. Delivery confirmation does not eliminate the buyer's three-day refund-request window. False shipment or delivery confirmations may lead to account and payout restrictions.

5. Loss, damage, and delays

Users should cooperate with carrier investigations and retain packaging and evidence. Refund eligibility depends on the Refund Policy and applicable law. Collectors Circle does not control carrier operations or guarantee delivery dates.
